10 unauthorized charges made in the U.K posted to my checking account, this was reported immediately to the bank and the bank assumed no responsibility and failed to assist me in the matter.
A investigation was done and determined based on ONE merchant, however several merchants were in my dispute. A decision was also made before all disputes were entered. The bank failed to supply documentation or verification for any other charges. A full investigation was no completed and I personally called the merchants who refused to release any information.
My account was compromised freely and the bank failed to take action or reimburse any money.
