I applied for a loan and was approved for 16000 but Amber Dixon who I spoke with needed 875 dollars as a security deposit and I would get it back in 6 months showing good payment history. When the loan did not deposit in my account I called her back and she stated there had been a misunfortunate event. She stated that there had been too many inquiries on my eqiufax and she needed 600 more dollars to cover the insurance fees. I told her I could not do that and asked for a refund. The refund date was on a Sunday so I called back and told them I was getting a lawyer and reporting them. Now the phone number, website, and her email is now deleted and I cannot get ahold of them.

Update: 05/05/2013

I have been in the process of closing accounts down and noticed that i have 3 charges on my bank statement not done by my household. 2 are in chicago and 1 stevensville, missouri. I think the same people are using my debit numbers now.
