I contacted my bank and they have placed stop pays on anything further coming in from this company and are disputing the deposit that they made into my account as well. They will be doing a fraud investigation and I sure hope this company gets shut down. How can they prey on unsuspecting people this way and get away with it! I applied for an online loan but did not accept any of them and never heard of this company. I received numerous emails and calls from various companies but this was not one of them. This was over a month ago and then they just put this money in my acct and take it out again. This is an illegal action and I am speaking to an attorney. You have to sign something and they have nothing as far as that goes. Do I need to shut down my account? I am worried that they will continue to access my account! The bank assured me that it wouldn't happen but it really scares me! My bank is sending back their $300 less the $90 that they took out! They better as hell leave me and my account alone at this point or I will sue them!
