I received a recorded message from my magicjack phone that my time had expired and I should renew my subscription. I have been trying for an hour to do JUST THAT, and all I get are ads for phones that I don't need. I went on their website and found I had to pay $47 just in order for a question to be answered of how to renew my subcription. The company wouldn't take my card, and now I have no phone number. Please get some representative to answer my question for free, so that I can renew my subcription.
