My complaint sounds the same...I ordered butterfly wings and a hat. Received conformation email. Waited two weeks got nothing. Sent email....got the generic email as well but it had a phone number. I called the number the person said the were behind and would ship my items out right away also sent me an email saying I would get a few extra goodies because of their tardiness.....well it's October and I have nothing! My credit card was charged ....the number is disconnected and now the website does not exist
