Floyd has has my SUV since December 2012. We agreed that I could pay him monthly until I was fully paid. I foolishly paid him each month until February 2013. Then the lies began. It's got a leak, I can't find the part, I will call you back, I'm ring to have my buddy that works on Mercedes come look at your car, I'm going to ship this car to Ballantyne to get the leak fixed, the part will be in Tuesday, the wrong part came in, I have to go to my supplier to get the part...etc. now he has stopped answering the phone and is never at the shop. The last day I saw the car, the transmission was out of it and he was waiting on a part to come from Mercedes. I've paid him $1800.00 and still have no car. I, going to have to call the police and report my car stolen as he refuses to answer my phone calls and is never at the shop. I need my car, my money and punitive damages for the car I have been driving of half of a year!
