International boundaries

I used Paypal to fund my admedia traders account. $150 got deposited into my AMT account, while a second transaction of $500 never made it into my account. Paypal refused to give me a refund, citing that it was an intangible service and therefore invalid for a refund. I talked to some people that were in the program and Alertpay let them have their money back, but Paypal wouldn't help out.

I just want my $650...
