"I bought a "NEW" camera from them for Christmas. Sent it to Nikon for a warranty repair and was billed nearly $200 because "refurbished cameras are not under warranty past 90 days."
Got into a yelling match with Roger, the supposed 'manager' at AJrichies. If I EVER raised my voice on the phone with a customer, I'd be fired. I can't believe the insanely low level of customer service I have received from this company since Day 1.
They admit it should have been a new one but will NOT admit that it was a refurb. They're offering me a replacement. I'd rather pay Nikon to fix it than hope that they replace the refurb with an actual NEW camera. Honestly, I don't trust them not to say that it just never showed up and refuse to give me another camera.
I would give 0 stars in some of these categories if possible.
Waited weeks past the expected processing date- even after paying for expedited processing.
They do not respond to emails.
Their prices are attractive but the service is NOT worth the hassle. Pay the extra $50 at Walmart or Target.
Worst online shopping mistake I have EVER made."
