I purchased a deal on LivingSocial for a pair of iPhone 5 earbuds. The purchase was made on March 27th, 2013. I paid 9.95 for expidited shipping (5 - 7 business days) as it was not included on the LivingSocial vochure. When it was two weeks out, I e-mailed AppleDepot.ca to find out the status of my earbuds. I continually have been getting the run around having them tell me to be patient and check their website for updates. I informed them that I paid additional for the shipping so I would have them within a certain time frame. Their response was that the shipment time frame does not begin until the LivingSocial deal ends. That response was sent to me on April 8th, 2013. I then contacted LivingSocial to find out when the deal would end. LivingSocial informed me that the deal had ended on March 30th, 2013. That was 9 days after the deal ended and they still said that the shipment wouldn't be sent. It has now been over a month since I originally order the product and I have still yet to see it. I have continuously e-mailed AppleDepot.ca and have received limited responses. The informed me recently that they have "Shipped" my product through USPS. They have not, they created a lable on April 25th and haven't put it in the actual mail for shipping. They refuse to refund the shipping cost as they have "already shipped the product". Avoid this company at all costs as I believe it is a scam. I am still trying to receive my money/product and haven't received anything. Buyer Beware!!
