When I received my bank statement, I noticed that the above amount had been debited from my checking account using a debit card. The last four digits of the card number listed on the transaction are not the last four digits of the debit card that I have. I called the company and was told that my subscription had been cancelled and that I would receive a refund to the card number listed on the transaction. I repeatedly told the rep that that was not a card that I have. I finally gave her the tracking number for my bank and the last four digits of my checking account. She said that the $39.95 would be credited to my checking account in 7 to 10 days. I have never heard of this company and do not understand how this amount was debited from my checking account with a debit card number that is not mine. Have a strong feeling that I will not see this refund!
