I bought a book for my brother on their site,it took forever to be delivered,I then sent them an email with what the replied me with to confirm the order.i got response they said my address was incorrect.i rectified it and waited still for the order and nothing.now when I email them,it bounces back and says email not sent.i go to their site and there isn't any contact numbers for me to call them.tomorrow is the 30th of April and I still don't have the book :( and my money gone.

- Nqobile - I am very sorry you've had such a bad experience with us. The Post Office initially said your shipping address would not validate, causing the delays. Per your email, we ended up shipping to the non-validating address, but I'm wondering if that still did not come through for you. However, my desire is to make sure you can receive your lessons and I'd like to do what it takes to make things right. You mentioned that you were leaving the country - did you receive the package before leaving? If not, please let me know and I'll resend to your non-US address.
