It was explained to me when I signed up for this service several months ago that I would be recieveing 3 Visa gift cards to use for whatever my pleasure. Number one I have yet to recieve those and havent even used the service due to the fact they have nothing to offer that I will use nor need. I recently called the customer service center and the first person I had spoken to had no problem finding my account/ name address and such/ his name was Sean. He explained to me that they sent an email to me to which i could print off my Visa gift card and use it, I did not recieve the email he spoke about. I then called again and talked to a Manny to which my account had mysteriously not able to be found I believe businesses should be more looked into especially if the are going to be on the internet and claim to be a company!
