I ordered a product from this company called the Note ii for $265 and $40 for shipping and insurance. I paid via western union to Xueli Zheng. After about a week I contacted them back with their promise to have my shipping information and they didn't. They said that it was in customs and that it had water damage. So they said another 7 days they would ship a new one. After that, I never heard anything so they contacted me back saying that customs was going to require an additional $155 because it was 30% lower than China market. So I reluctantly paid it because I figured if I didn't I would be out the $305 all together. Of course after I paid it a week later they said that my products were damaged in customs again and they needed to resend it. They basically copy and pasted the same email they sent before. I know they are doing this to several people and this needs to stop. I requested a refund, but they aren't giving me any details on how they are going to refund my money, they just keep pushing the date later and later. Please stop this company from doing this or there are going to be many people that get ripped off this same way.
