I recieved a call from a women who stated that I was approved for a 10,000.00 loan through coast hills financial. I was estatic because I thought finally I would be be able to pay all my bills off. Like others I was advised that I needed to send the first four months of payments totaling 811.04. I told them I would have to try and see if I could get the funds. I had to take a payday loan out which after everything is said and done it is going to cost me at total of 1600.00 for a 1000.00 loan. I was given the name of a lender Maurice Jenkinsen in Waynesville, NC. I went to western union paid the 76.00 western Union fee and sent the money. When I contacted Jenni Carter and advised her that I sent the money she told me it would be there by 10 pm that night. I waited and checked my account to no avail the funds were not there. WHen I reached her after numerous times of trying she stated that my credit score had dropped and that the lender was requesting an additional 811.04 I told her I would not be able to come up with the funds and she said she would see what she could do and for me to call her back later that day. I did so to find that they stated that they were willing to pay half of the other funds and I would only have to come up with an additional 400.00 dollars. I told her I would not be able to come up with the funds and she proceeded to tell me that she would try her best to get me the finds. they even went as far as to tell be they would give me a grant for the 811.04 that I sent the first time and one for the additional 811.04. When I tried to contact Jennie two days later I was given her supervisor Elaine howard who stated that I had to wait until November 15 to get a refund. I explained to Elain that I needed the funds sooner than that due to I was going to lose my phone and electric. I also told her that I had three small children as well as working full time and being a student. SHe told me she is sorry to here that but they have to wait for the lenders statement cycle to send the refund. The next day I had contacted Elaine Howard and asked her where I should send the additional 400.00 if I were to get the funds that day. She provided me with a lender in canada. When I asked why I needed to send funds to Maurice Jenkenson in Canada she stated that he was on vacation in North Carolina and that is why they had me send funds there. This struck me as a little odd. I wasn't able to send the funds and therefore she told me she would give me a refund by November 15. When I tried to call the company the number was disconnected and until this day the 29th of September I have yet to recieve any phone calls or responses. I went to the extreme of sending a letter and advising of this situation. I am now out a little under 2000.00 dollars and I am struggling even more to make ends meet so that I can provide for my kids.
