I purchased an Element television for my daughter and fiancee' for ristmas and the television keeps turning off. We contacted the company and I explained I didnt have the receipt and they told us there was nothing they could do. I told them I would pay to have them check it out and they hung up on me. My daughter sent them a message on facebook and they told her they would have someone come out and look at it but when she trys to find out when they blocked her from website and they blocked my other daughter as well. Friends of my daughter posted on there website and they tell them that they are sending someone out to her and they called yesterday and told us there is nothing they can do without areceipt , but I keep explaing y do they tell others that they are coming out but tell us TOO BAD!!
