Hi I have been trying to Cancel my monthy subscription since Janaury 2013 with no luck.
Their phone numbers are incorrect and their cancelation process will not even recognise me as a customer. After countless emails since January I am not getting anywhere.
I did a quick look on your site and noticed others have be caught also.
They are still deducting money out of my account each month. I will cancel my account Monday if I have to but would rather not as I have other regular monthy direct debits coming out of this account also
