I ordered a logo to be designed back in February 2013. After over thirteen revisions the compnay was not able to deliver a quality logo. I asked a refund based on their money back guarantee. As of today April 26 and more than ten emails I did not get my refund, only sending me humble appologies that are not worth typing.
