I ordered a trial product from this company on Apr 19 and they charged me 1.08+3.87 for the product and shipping. I noticed that in their terms and conditions they state if I don't cancel my account within the one week trial period then I'm gonna be charged the price of the whole treatment, which I later know to be about $100. So after I received the product I called on Apr 25 to cancel my account. But they are offering me only two options: 1. return one of the syringe (there are two inside the package I received) while I pay for the shipping but not gonna be charged from the company; 2. pay $9.41 to keep what I received (this is a "great offer" since I called within the trial period).
This is totally (Inappropriate Content Removed)bcuz they explained to me that only one of the two syringes is the trial product and the other is for the FOLLOWING TREATMENT, and that valued at about $100. I think I only ordered the trial product alright??!!! Why would I pay for the god (Inappropriate Content Removed)following treatment that I did not want? And I never had the option to have them not put the second syringe in my package. This is a selling by force! And I don't think enforcement on customers is legal, right?
Just hope NO ONE would ever touch the scam of this company any more. The "trial product" is totally a TRAP.
