I have been back and forth with Citibank and Kaspersky customer service.Trying to get a refund from Kaspersky for a charge I didn't ok. I disputed it and got a refund but Citibank turned around and put the charge back on. I contact both of them Kaspersky says they see the refund BUT a person at Citibank called Kaspersky. Someone at Kaspersky told Citibank they didn't see the charge and wanted my credit card number. Citibank refused to give it and told me I HAD to call Kaspersky. As you can see I have been getting the run around from both. I have kept the emails from both Citibank and Kaspersky.
