My parents, who do not use the Internet, were interested in purchasing Flex Seal. I went to the website and determined that their advertized price was deceptive because in effect you didn't get 2 cans for $19.98 plus 9.95(small print on tv ad that they didn't see) it was an additional $9.95 so what looked to them to be one price was quite another.
I entered payment info but did not order because I didn't like that the cost far exceeded normal shipping costs. I left the page. Two days later I get an email thanking me for my order.
I have notified American Express and have spoken to Flex Seal. With Flex Seal, I spoke with 4 people, 1 of which was very un-customer service like! Finally, a 'floor supervisor' came on the phone and reportedly will issue me an RMA to return.
That said, I am going to pursue this matter by contact with the State Attorney's Office here in FL and the US Post Office.
When it arrives I will be shipping back and/or refusing acceptance.

People need to do likewise!!!! I told Flex Seal that I and people like me were going to create a firestorm that was going to shut them down!!
