I had the same thing happen that happened to all of you. I had this happen months ago when they were called etravelsport.com exact same website, exact same outsourced customer service, exact same random charge.
This time when I called to complain she said she would fix it and I said thank you and brought up the fact that there are a lot of complaints and I already had this happen back when you were called etravelsport.com. I asked why this happens so often, she said she didn't know and I asked to speak to someone that does and she hung up.
