They agreed to repair my pc for 3 yrs. They did not and tried to get my user name and password from my investment acct. They tried to get me to buy other unknown software. When I first talked to them we had a telephone line that was clear enough to talk on but subsequent conversation were undecipherable maybe by design. There were many signs that it was a scam.
