This company was employed by the HOA to remove an island and put in a foundation that would support the weight of a dumpster truck. I was assured after several meetings that the asphalt would hold up, in fact prior to this they had a written guarantee on their website, which has been removed now. I can provide pictures of what happened just weeks after they completed the work. The truck drove over it and sank approximately one foot into the ground. The HOA had to go out and employ a second company after already paying PCS their $2875 to rip out the poor work they did and re-do the work correctly. When the Board President and property manager approached PSC Jeff Weatherspoon stated he would take care of it, because he does not do business that way. Immediately following that Mr. Weatherspoon did not answer any correspondence nor return any calls. Bryan one of his sales people also ensured the manager that the job would be done and would support the weight of a 60,00 pound truck, which as I can prove with pictures it did not! Any help to re-coup some of the funds would be most appreciated.
