Hello Totem provided a quote of $280 for my brand new phone. They received the phone on 4/3. I have opened three tickets and have tried contacting them in many ways - no money was received, no responses, no nothing. Use another company, don't waste your time and money.
Update: 05/04/2013
I exchanged several emails with the CEO and was assured that I would receive a check this week, we never did. We are contacting the Attorney General along with others.

- We are having the same problem. We cannot get a slight pulse from this SCAM of group. We will never use the again :-(
