I ordered a 7" tablet pc and a USB keyboard and leather case for the tablet on April 10, 2013. Immediately I noticed a problem because it say on the site that only one piece has been shipped and I ordered two items. I started calling the customer service number and to date I have yet to speak to a live person. So I started inquiring with Freipost and USPS about the accuracy of the tracking number and I have never gotten a response from Freipost but USPS has confirmed that the tracking number that Everbuying.com has given me is not in their system that the number has been used to ship a package and I have several emails from this company being dishonest about the shipment of the package and eluding any questions pertaining to the customer service number, the fact that only one item is listed as shipped and i paid for two and the fact that they are providing me with an unused tracking number. I have requested a cancellation several times since the package has not been shipped out and a full refund and I keep getting told no to the refund and to be patient on the shipping of the items. I would like to cancel this order and receive my refund. I have confirmed with the USPS that the package has not been shipped so there is no reason why Everbuying.com can't process my request fot a refund and cancellation of this order. Thank you in advance for any assistance that you may be able to give me.
