I HIRED THIS COMPANY TO SEND STUFF FROM LONDON TO PAKISTAN. FIRST OF ALL I MUST EXPLAIN THAT THEY DO NOT DELIVER THE GOODS IN THE TIME FRAME MENTIONE ON THEIR WEBSITE. UPON THE LATE ARRIVAL OF MY STUFF I SAW MY SUITCASE BROKEN AND THINGS WORTHER OVER $1000 STOLEN FROM IT. I REPORTED THIS TO THE MANAGER/OWNER WHO FOR SOME REASON DOES NOT WISH TO DISCLOSE HIS FULL NAME SAID THAT THERE IS NOTHING THAT CAN BE DONE AND CALLED ME A LIAR. HE CLAIMED THAT THOSE MISSING ITEMS WERE NEVER THERE AND DID NOT EXPRESS ANY HELP OR EMPATHY, ALSO HE REFUSED TO DISCUSS ANY REFUNDS OR CLAIMS PROCEEDINGS.
