I was looking to refinance a car loan for 11,000 dollar. The only thing I had to do was send an down payment of $900.00 dollars. So I did western unioned the money to a man in canada an I was told my funds would be in my account within 4 hours, but never received it. I called an they wanted an additional 900 an I declined an canceled the account and was supposed.to receive my refund in about 30 days. And it has been a month in a half an still nothing an I lost my job an need that money. I also called this morning and the number doesn't work wtf.
