I have bought this product and have not been able to use it, and it also doesn't let you cancel online like most sites. I just want to be sure that this is a legitimate business.

- I too have been through the same with these companies. There are a few avenues you can take with filing complaints to the right offices. Send me an email (Personal Information Removed) and I can give you the links to the companies that aid in getting refunds to those apart of at home business scams as well as detailed instructions on how to file formal letters of complaint with the FTC.
