My husband just received a letter today in the mail stating that he was a cash prize winner. After reading it did seem legit, until i noticed there was no phone number to call and verify that it was real. It said he was eligible to claim $8,988.99. Another thing that was a little suspicious was on the back saying that Sentry was not responsible for paying the winners, the third party sponsors had to pay the winners. If they are not responsible then why are they the ones sending out the letters telling people that they have won? Our family could really use that money, and here they are scamming struggling families out of what could be thier last $20.
