I ordered the trail pack. Everything went will until. Had trouble in cancelling the next order. I was billed $84.78 on 04/04/13. Finally the on 05/04/13 the online cancellation worked and received a confirmation number. However it stated " because you have already been billed the shipping and product cost for the last order we sent,". I still have not received the product.
I tried emailing the [email protected] which is shown on the information guide. Email failed...
