This Company advertises 100% satisfaction on products sold in their catalog. In March, I returned a defective green house cover purchased from the company per instructions from the customer service department. Later by email they said they no longer made the cover but instead sent me one about half the size of my original. This is like getting a pair of replacement shoes about five sizes too small. I requested the return of my original cover. They said they had destroyed my cover. So far, the Minnesota Attorney General has been of no help. The BBB has also been of no help. I thought false advertising and destruction of personal property was grounds for criminal charges, but I guess for senior citizens this does not apply in Minnesota.
