I picked up my mail on Apr.19 and in my mail box is an envelope from canada post with an apology. I ordered a 8gb spypen from kijiji deals and what I found in my msilbox is an envelope (opened) with just the directions for use of the pen. It was in a plastic canada post envelope and after contacting them they told me I had to get ahold of you people in order to get any satisfaction. What do I do now?
