saw an advert on facebook for free samples of Vitalyze sylkskin cream and wash nutrition, they stated postage and packaging was £1 99p each, I ordered them on 18th August 2012, on the 1st September 2012 i received two delivery cards saying that the packages could not be delivered because the sender :- (Vitalyze-sylkskin)had not paid the correct postage, the cards stated i needed to pay £19. 51p per package to collect them from the post office depot,of course I was not willing to pay that amount of money for two free samples, the cards stated if i did not pick them up within two weeks they would be returned to the sender, I have copies of the cards if you need them, on the 13th Sept 2012 vitalyze-sylkskin took $98.78 out of my account, I phoned the company and spoke to an advisor, she said the money was for another months supply, i explained I had not received the free samples and they had been sent back through royal mail, so why would i order another months supply,I told her that i wanted my money returning, she asked if i wanted my account deactivating, I said yes, she told me as soon as the free samples were retuned the money would be reinstated into my account, This never happened, I phoned several times each time it rang four times and then cut off, I sent numerous e-mails to which i never received any replies, the last e-mail I sent on 19th September 2012, I stated that I was taking them to the small claims court, I contacted my bank to block any further money being taken from my account, my bank manager said that they had had numerous scams similar to mine.

On the 3rd April 2013 I received an e-mail from Vitalyze sylkskin to say my credit card had been refunded for $98. 78, I received another email at the same time stating my account has been deactivated,As you can guess no money has been refunded, I have phoned numerous times without success, sent six emails,I have had no replies.
