International boundaries
The company would respond every few days to my emails repeating themselves over and over that they sent the item and it got sent back to them, send they would resend or refund me shipping charges and I have contacted the BBB about it too, but now the company will no longer respond to any of my emails or to the BBB now that I'm saying I want my refund. This company needs to be investigated and then shut down b/c deal companies are still selling their deals.
