I am only reporting scam attempt. I am too smart to fall for some one with an Indian accent calling from Chicago telling me they need me to open my computer so that I can get a refund from Microsoft. i live by Microsoft almost everyone I know is employed by microsoft. I asked for their phone number so that I can call back. Might be a fake number for all I know just to throw me off 312-836-4949
