We bought this modular home and paid them to date $128,000 and still no steps and air conditioner and repair work which is a lot of it. i keep butting heads with the owners son who is supposed to be in charge but does nothing. He says we still owe them money ,but $128,000 was supposed to be the price of everything to begin with. I hope you can get us some answers.

- I too, have a similar situation with Rona Homes. The house was finally seated back in August after a year's worth of delays. His workers showed up clearly under the influence of alcohol. The carpet was destroyed and needed to be replaced, the current carpeting is torn up and they wanted me to accept carpeting sight unseen from another project. There is no air conditioning or fireplace installed. Appointments made with me are blown off. The owner's son does not respond to messages. I have hired an attorney.
