I ordered on internet on Jan 15, 2013 trial products of Veloura and Bellagenix at only shipping charges of about $5 each. But they charged my credit card on Jan 19,2013 twice at $99.95 each. I did not receive the products at our home in Taiwan until mid-March. My bank notified me about the failure of my transaction on April 17. I called my bank back to discover that this company already charged me twice at $94.90 on March 17 and tried to charge again on April 17. That was when my bank stopped the payment, fortunately it was due to my bank issued a new card to replace my worn card and changed to a new expiration date different from the old one making the latter with an incorrect date. Then I discovered in the Scambook there are 127 complaints about the scam of this company. So I called this company and asked for the RMS# for returning the second sets of products, which have not even arrived at Taiwan. But I was told by the girl answering my call by the name of Sarah 4282 that the products already exceed 30days and can not be returned for refund. She said the only thing she could do is to stop the Auto Shipment and refunded only one half of the prices they charged. What an internet robbery! I thought I was going to paid for just the shipping costs to get the trial samples for my wife. I did not realize that it would cost almost $400 for something with bad taste in my mouth and unknown effectiveness! If any of the victims would like to collectively take action against this company please let me know. I would like to participate. Victor (Personal Information Removed)
