Check out their website. I happen to live in one of the cities they list as one of their "locations". I went to the address shown as their "location". I spoke to the person living there (it is a private residence). He told me he had no connection whatsoever with eBargains Consignment and that he has had people over the last year or so come to his house looking for eBargains Consignment because they have his address listed on their website. He has reported this to the police in the past but still continues.
