I ordered two shirts on 8/13/11 for my daughter's bday party on 10/1/11. I ordered last year from them and really liked the product. However it took a long time for delivery. So decided to try again but order alot earlier. So thought ordering on 8/13/11 would be more than enough time. Recv'd email on 8/18/11 stating items were shipped. Then recv'd another one on 9/5/11 saying the same thing. Emailed asking what the actual ship date was. Recv'd email back saying the first email should've stated my order was being processed. I checked back on 9/14/11 to get a tracking number and was told my order was being processed. I was not happy and made sure they knew. I was only told I'd get a link to check the status of my order, which j had already recv'd and it never changed. I have not heard back since and do not expect to after reading others comments in here. Sorry so long. Hope it helps others!
