I signed up for a one month, surprisingly it turned out to be a 3 month subscription for $69.00, how odd, the same as other gripes. I contacted them on numerous occasions, with no success, they don't give partial refunds, bla, bla, same old (Inappropriate Content Removed). I used a debit card, to pay, so I guess I'm out of luck. I told them I am going thru the bank to try to get my money back. Meanwhile this helps, I hope others come forth with their tales of woe.
Update: 09/28/2011
I went to Wells Fargo a little while ago, they helped me file a complaint, and they got the web site to refund all but $10.00.
They suddenly got cooperative when the bank called them, not at all like they badgered me for weeks.
