Today, I received a call about receiving a loan of upto $5,000.00. He said sure but, first I will get a code and a phone number, then speak with a loan manager. I should have known that God didn't answer prayers this way. I called anyway, and spoke with Paul Smith who said yes they knew my credit was under the limit and that is why they were going to work with me. I kept asking why they would give me a loan when no one else would and he said there were some additional requirements that I would need to do in a good faith effort to make certain I would pay my loan. That being to get a green dot card in the amount of the first payment, call them and give them the 14 digit code on the card, they would verify the amount and then the money would be deposited into my account within 4 hours. They would not take any money and I was free to use the money pack however I chose. He kept asking me how long it would take me to get back to them. I had to run out and pick up my husband, all the while considering doing it. I did ask them who they were and he actually gave me the link and that would tell all about them. Well, I went to the pc and now that Google can search directly from the address bar, it did a search. The site was first but then the remainder of the page was filled with all of the negative comments. After reading just a few(all the while my cell and work phones were ringing like crazy) I decided this was some type of scam? and thanks but, no thanks. If I am wrong, too bad for me.
