They told me they had a buyer for my timeshare and charged me upfront $1,500 for legal documentation of closing and transferance fees. They also said that they had $4000 down payment that would be given to me if the seller did not go through with the sale. They did not deliver the service. Ninety days have gone by since then and now they do not answer their phones. There is a recording about a gas leak in the building keeping them from doing their work. This recording has been in place for over a month. I have emailed them as well and they do not respond.
