Care.com is an automatically renewing subscription service, as stated on the upgrade page and in our Terms of Use that you agree to upon enrollment. At any point after upgrading, there will be an option to Downgrade the account in your Account & Settings page. This will give you full access for the amount of time you paid for, and will then cancel the subscription instead of renewing at the end of that time period.
