As with many of the reports already filed against this company, I got a call today. M.O. was the same-- individual with East Indian accent, (called himself Alice Anderson, interestingly enough!), claimed to know that my PC was in critical danger. When I asked if he was with Norton Security, he claimed that Norton would catch only viruses, not the stuff that my PC was having issues with. I was immediately skeptical and refused to follow his instructions and I asked him to repeat his name, company name and a phone number to call. Of course he gave me the World PC Solutions number AND his "employee ID number", so that I could get right back in contact with him. I came to MAC laptop and proceeded to find these other complaints posted here to scambook.com.
Glad I was wary, just hope he doesn't call back.
