These people called me with a very forceful effort offering computer services. I was very foolish and let them into my computer. They literally took over and I found myself giving them $199.99 for computer oversee for 5 years (a special discount for seniors)???. They are now constantly calling me and trying to do the same thing,when I informed them that I had paid for this service they then told me that what I had paid for was a fraud and they wanted to retrieve my money for me. I asked them to give me a telephone number to call back to verify what they were saying. They gave me the number 952-467-6390. I called them back and they pretended like they didn't know me even though I asked for 'Brandon' who I was supposed to be dealing with. Anyway they eventually said they would fix things for me and just took over my machine, I was horrified and could see they were searching for something and I was told to show the receipt for what I had paid for. I found the receipt, or what I thought was the receipt but there was none of my personal information on it so they continued searching and I shut my computer down. and www.onlinepcexpert.net : email [email protected] : Name James Hardy, he said his work number was (OS140490) tel 281-201-0576.Their accents are definetely Indian or Pakistani.I went over my bank records and found out that the credit was payable to Karyon Global Corporation. They never mentioned this name to me at the time. I am concerned as they have called me three times since yesterday and I just will not talk to them. I was an idiot to start with and hoped not to compound the issue.I would appreciate a response. Thank you.
