I became late on the loan and they took me to court and I got a judgement back 9/2010. The amount owed at the time was 4195.21. Since then I have paid 3969.68. They are saying I still owe 3000.00. I got an amoritization schedule and they show where they applied payment but the balance stayed the same for several months. Something seems very fishy here. THere is no way I still owe 3000.00.
