Hi Pam,
I am sorry about your negative first impression of QuiBids.
All the information on how QuiBids works is provided on our homepage and is visible for everyone, even non customers.
QuiBids will never charge you without your consent. The purchase price of the starter bid package is listed three different times on our billing page to make sure the customer is aware of the purchase being made.
If you would like for us to refund your remaining real bids back to your credit card, please contact our support at [email protected] and provide us with your email address or username and we will gladly take care of your request.
Thank you and have a wonderful day.
Sincerely,
QuiBids Support
