i was recently looking for a side job on Craig’s list. after submitting my resume to several listings, Robert Neptune emailed me offering me a job being his “personal assistant” and was going to pay me $500 per week. after a few emails he told me he would send a check for the $500 and also include in that check an additional amount to buy some items for an orphanage in China. Two days later, he told me the check had been sent via ups and gave me a tracking number. then proceeded to tell me that he no longer wanted me to purchase the items that he had found out that a young boy at the orphanage need a heart surgery and he was just going o send the money instead. he wanted me to take my $500 out of it and sent the remainder of the money ( would have been $2,350) to the orphanage. LUCKILY i was smart and the check came in today ( 9/27/11) i called the bank that was on the front of the cashier’s check and read to them the routing numbers. they told me there was no record of those routing with them. then they told me that if i still wanted to cash the check, they would hold it for 10-20 days to ensure that it cleared. i then got online and decided to "Google" his name and ran across a link that said "WARNING!Robert Neptune" i clicked on the link and i read a story from a girl named Jessica that had went through the same thing, unfortunately she did cash the check and is now being charged for the amount when the check came back bad. THIS GUY IS SCUM AND SHOULD PAY FOR WHAT HE IS DOING TO PEOPLE!!
