Mr. Green was to Payment Protection Insurance on a loan. I never received the loan, He states 72 hour refund if not funded. I asked in 24 hours for refund. He is part of a scam. I have the western union receipt.
The funds were sent to Teresa Jackson 1509 Orange St. Amarilo TX 79107.
He refuses to return money for services her never rendered. He won't send me a docs he even did anything.
I ask for your help. His IP is from Jacksonville Fla. (9209.237.129.45)

- This guy is a fraud. He never showed proof of any such insurance. States 72 hour refund, he refuses
