Ok these ppl are nothing but a scam...I've been dealing with these idiots for 2yrs now. They call and make it sound oh soo good then if you don't cancell in 30 days they charge you..well when they're reading what they have to read off their little prompters they read soo fast you can barely understand them and I'm sure it's on purpose....well I have 2 kids under the age of 4 so when they're running around the house screaming I can't hear ever little detail...I wish I would've now...about aug..they called and told me that I couldn't cancell cause the day prior they put me 80$ in the hole and I was irate I couldn't even afford diapers for my kids because they took the money out weeks after I talked to them.after that I changed my account number so they couldn't take anymore money and today they called and said I still couldn't cancell and I was behind on payments...I told her I couldn't pay it anymore and she said that it would go to a collection agency...I can't afford this I have kids someone please help me!
